SpaceShaping.net was started in 2003 by owner Niko Mantele. Since then we have created tension fabric art for a wide variety of clients all over the world. From large events to permanent fine art installations.

Owner Niko Mantele comes from a family of artists and performance artists. Since his youth Niko has enjoyed creating captivating environments. Starting with set design and construction in high school, he later moved on to graduate from Lane Community College with a degree in theater set construction and design. From there he proceeded to participate in designing for local theater companies in Eugene, Or. After discovering the world of tension fabric art he quickly became fascinated with the possiblities the medium had to offer. Thus came Sri Yantra Space Shaping now called SpaceShaping.net.
